Q3. What information do you need from me?
At minimum, we ask for a current CV detailing your experience, qualifications and key skills. The more detail you provide about your engineering background and preferences (location, shifts, machinery types), the better we can match you to suitable opportunities.
Q4. How do you match me to roles?
We match you based on your technical skills, specific engineering experience, sector background and career goals. We also consider culture fit, team environment and practical details like shift patterns, travel and tooling exposure.
Q5. Will you contact me about every job you have?
No. We only contact you about roles that align well with your background and stated preferences. Our aim is to save you time and only bring forward genuine, relevant opportunities.
Q6. Can you help with interview preparation?
Yes. Once we have a role in mind, we’ll share detailed information about the company, role expectations and interview format, and can discuss key talking points that matter to engineering hiring managers.
Q.7 Will you send my CV to companies without telling me?
No. We will never send your CV to any company without discussing the role with you first and receiving your approval. You remain in full control of where your CV is sent, and we only introduce you to opportunities you’ve agreed to consider.
Q.8 Will you contact my current employer?
No. We will never contact your current employer or share your details without your explicit permission. All conversations and CV submissions are handled in strict confidence, and you remain in full control of where and when your information is shared.
Q9. Do you charge engineers for your service?
No. Our service for candidates is completely free. We are paid by the companies we recruit for, so you never incur a fee for registering, support or placement.
