Yes. Many clients engage us at the planning stage. We provide honest market insight on role scope, availability, salary expectations and how to position the role to attract the right engineers.
Q5. Will you just send us lots of CVs?
No. We focus on quality over quantity. Every candidate is personally spoken to, screened and assessed before introduction. We only submit engineers who are genuinely aligned to your role, environment and expectations.
